The property consists of a spacious sleeping area with a comfortable queen bed and a closet with ample storage for 2 persons, a modern and comfortable sofa, a large dinner table and a fully equipped kitchen. A door leads to the spacious bathroom with shower.

The kitchen includes all silverware, utensils, hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, filtered coffee machine and toaster.

The balcony offers uninterrupted view of the sea and the port promenade below. A small wooden table and 2 chairs offer the perfect spot for a hearty breakfast before heading out to town or the local beach.
