The 400 year old plane (platanus) trees provides natural shade and cooling during the summer heat. The inviting private pool allows for a refreshing at all times of the day and night. Indoor
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation, complete with a dishwasher and all utensils. The spacious main bedroom has a queen bed and a private patio area. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The living room has a spacious sitting area and a TV.

Outdoor
The outdoor area is dominated by the age old plane trees that provide natural shade and cooling during the summer. There is a spacious outdoor dining table and lounge while on the opposite side you will find the barbecue and wood oven area with outdoor sink.

Pool
The spacious pool area is reached through steps and has deck chairs plus a private outdoor shower.

The villa is a 10-minute walk from Piskokefalo village where you can find a selection of groceries and restaurants. There is a bus service to the main town of Sitia, which is 2 kilometres away.

20% of accommodation price is required upon booking. The next 30% of accommodation price is required 30 days before your arrival. The next 50% of accommodation price (completing the total 100%) is required 14 days before your arrival. You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel 30 days before arrival. You are not entitled to a refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the arrival date
